Low VF, low profile SOD-123 equivalent SMD type rectifiers from Zowie 

Zowie has announced SGC series rectifiers which are developed with Zowie advanced low Vf GPRC chip technology and to expands its broad rectifier offering with low-profile Superchip package.

The SGC10DLH to SGC10MLH low Vf, SMD type rectifiers (200V to 1,000V), fully pin-to-pin compatible with traditional SOD-123 package, are especially designed to reduce the power loss through switching mode that the devices is operated. And the low-profile package makes them very ideal for the design of compact power supplies, AC/DC adaptors/chargers, and lighting ballast.

The industry-leading electrical characteristics of these devices include 0.95V(max) forward voltage and 35A surge current. In addition, with GPRC chip inside, the maximum junction temperature of these devices can be rated up to 175C, resulting in the most reliable operation for various applications.
